How Idaho Drive Safe works

Create and verify your account

When enrollment opens, provide your student details, verify your email, and check out securely for $12.95.

Work through eight lessons

Each lesson includes short sections, Idaho-specific examples, and a knowledge check. The course saves your progress, and each lesson requires 45 minutes of active participation.

Take the final exam

After all eight lessons and 360 credited minutes, take a randomized 25-question exam. Answer at least 20 correctly to pass. Retakes are available.

Get your certificate

After passing, view and print your completion certificate. Follow ITD instructions if using the certificate for point reduction.
